At B-wom we are building a necessary business that is making women’s lives better. Because when we feel good, we feel powerful, confident, able to do what we want. Intimate health is still surrounded by taboos and stigma, and women experience many problems in silence. We want to break these taboos and talk and help to take control of our bodies and our health. For it, it is essential to know about you and your needs. For these we need your help, we need to understand you better, we need to use your data, so we can analyse it and come back withbetter personalized recommendations for you. At the same time, we understand how sensitive is these data (most of us leave with these issues on silence!) and that’s why we are treating it confidentially, and applying all our resources for keeping it private just for you.

Our values are honesty, transparency and empowerment, that’s what we reflect in our app and that’s what we want to reflect in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

What is B-wom?

B-wom is a digital coach that gives women the tools to prevent women intimate health symptoms or reduce them and take control of their health.

First we ask.  We ask about symptoms, current status and life style and with all these information we create PERSONALIZED ACTION PLANS based on data that include: exercises, habits, knowledge and tracking. We are also prepared to integrate data from other devices, sources (if you agree to, we will ask when it’s needed). Through the App, we provide advice and recommendations of a wellness/ physiotherapeutic / health nature prepared by specialists (doctors, specialists, phisiotherapeutics) .

Please keep in mind that B- wom does not offer medical services, and in no way gives medical diagnosis or medical prescription and the recommendations that it offers are generated from the information given to us by you, the user.




Our mission is to empower women taking control of their health, breaking taboos, and explaining the reality we have as the first step to take action. The health data we get from our user, a part, from being used to provide them with personal use, is also used in an anomized way to discover patterns that allow on one side, improve the services and recommendations to you and the rest of the users and to do clinical studies to set new patterns, not settled before. The results of these studies will be published once they are finished, to help every women.



B- wom does not store health data / wellness data/ lifestyle /moment of life /symptoms without your explicit permission. It is only when you give us explicit consent by creating a B-wom account that we start storing all your health and sensitive data on our secured servers, alongside the personal data necessary to create an account.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by simply deleting your account in the app.


All the data we are collecting is being used now to deliver personalized services for you or is necessary for providing more personalized services on the future that we are already developing or have on roadmap.

In order to access the services offered in the App it is necessary for you to provide personal, health and wellness related information about yourself and that you register in order for us to provide you the Personalized Services that we offer. Your privacy is very important to us, so for that reason we do not share your individual information with anyone not indicated in the Privacy Policy. You may review our Privacy Policy here.

As previously indicated, by accepting these Privacy Policy and ToS,  you fully and without reservation accept this Legal Notice ( as well as our Privacy Policy.)

Certain services of the App may be subject to special Conditions, in which case you will be given the option to review them prior to using those services.

We reserve the right to establish limits or restrictions on access to all or part of certain sections of the App, as well as to set a price as a consideration of access to certain services of the App.



How you use the data:


We collect data such as from which device, which features you use the most, if you find bugs and so. This is not personal or wellness/health data, and we use it to improve your experience within the app.


We collect three basic types of information and data: personal information, general information and aggregate information.

a.-“Personal Information” is information through which you can be personally identified, personal health information that you may provide, track, upload or allow to upload. Personal Information that we collect may include your full name, age, gender, location, credit card and/or other payment information (if applicable), your email address, phone number, certain health information, including weight, height, symptoms, lifestyle, moment of life, habits, or data that you provide when using our App or Services. We collect Personal Information you voluntarily provide to us, including through registrations, order information, applications, surveys or other inquiries. We do not collect information that would identify you unless you choose to provide it to us. You can choose not to provide us with certain information, but please be aware that may impact the Services provided to you.

b.-“General Information” is information we obtain automatically from your connection, interaction with this App and the use of Cookies and other technologies. General information does not identify you personally. General information we collect when you use our App may include but is not limited to the domain and host from which you access the Internet, the Internet protocol address of the computer or smartphone you are using (“IP Address”), the browser software you are using, the operating system you are using, the date and time that you access our App, the specific pages or features you use, and the number of visits you make to our App.

We may use your Personal Information to provide products and services to you, including the App, respond to your inquiries, provide information on products and services or have a representative contact you regarding our products or services. Specifically, if you agree, by accepting our Terms of Service, you allow us to contact you. We may also use your Personal Information to update you on special offers related to our products or services, send you our newsletter and to improve our products and services. Similarly, we may use your Personal Information to provide product announcements, information regarding health topics, or to deliver other information we believe you may consider informative or useful. We may occasionally contact you to gather customer service information to help us determine how we can improve our services and products to better meet your needs.

We may also de-identify and/or aggregate data about users of the App for various business, scientific or research purposes including product, service or program development and improvement.

We may combine or cross-reference your Personal Information with other information we acquire about you directly or through third party sources, (such as E.g.: Apple, Google,…) to help customize the information, products or services we provide to you. By accepting this Privacy Policy, you allow us to combine and cross-reference your information.

Only those employees who need access to your Personal Information to fulfil their employment duties will have access to it.

We may use tools to collect information about use of this App, including but not limited to, Facebook Analytics, Google Analytics, Branch, Amplitude or other similar services. Such tools collect information regarding how users use the App, what information they view when they do so, and what other sites and/or apps they used prior to coming to this App. We use the information we get from such tools only to improve our Products and Services, tailor content, deliver a better experience and manage our advertising. Google’s use of information it acquires about you or your use of B-wom is governed by Google Analytics Terms of Use and the Google Privacy Policy.

We may also collect, aggregate and maintain anonymous information about the visitors to our App and share such aggregate information with advertisers, business partners, sponsors and other third parties.

With respect to the collection and use of General Information, you have the ability to disable or manage the use of cookies on your computer using controls in your browser. However, you are not able to opt out of the uses of General Information otherwise collected as set forth in this policy. Please note that certain features may not be available when cookies are disabled. Also, please be aware that at this time, we are not honoring “do not track” signals from Web browsers. Statistical/pattern data

De-Identified Information: On occasion, we may make arrangements with certain customers or business partners to share certain de-identified aggregate pattern information in order to assist such customers or business partners to improve their service (such as evaluating patterns, utilization, usage and trends). We may also share such de-identified information with you or other users of our service. This type of information may be based in part on information related to you, but does not allow for the personal identification of any individual (in other words, it is “de-identified”). This information will not be used by the customer or business partner for marketing and/or any purpose other than as set forth above.

We remove your identity from your Personal Information (contact,  email, credit card number and/or financial info and may work with it as anonymous (“de-identified”) information. De-identified individual information is information about a user presented in a form where information about one anonymous user would be indistinguishable from information relating to other anonymous users. De-identified individual information is not in a form that allows anyone studying the information to personally identify any user.

c.- Aggregate information: Is information that describes the habits, usage patterns and/or demographics of users as a group but does not reveal the identity of particular users. Your anonymous data is combined with the anonymous data of other users and becomes statistics. We may use aggregate information to understand the needs of our user community and determine what kinds of programs and services we can offer to you. We could use this anonymous information to give potential users or business partners a picture of our community and services. Aggregate information may be provided or sold to third parties. Absolutely no personal identifying information is included in the aggregate reports; each individual remains anonymous.

Locator information is your name, electronic messaging address, physical address, and/or other data that enables someone to personally identify you. We may use Locator information as is necessary to enforce any of the terms of this Privacy Policy.


With whom we share the data?

Except as set forth in this Privacy Policy or as specifically agreed to by you, we will not sell or rent your Identifiable Personal Information to third parties or disclose any Personal Information we gather from you on through our App to third parties.

From time to time, we may use third parties to provide products, services or otherwise support our business or collaborate with third parties with respect to development, promotion or other business activities related to a particular product or service. As a result, we may disclose Personal Information to contractors, service providers and other third parties but such disclosure will be limited to enabling those third parties to provide their products or services, such as mailchimp , Sendgrid, Amplitude, Branch and similar providers. To the extent, a third party’s Privacy Policy separately governs their use of your data obtained via B-wom, you will be notified and given an opportunity to review such terms. We may also disclose Personal Information to our subsidiaries and affiliates.

In the event of a change of ownership, sale, merger, liquidation, reorganization or acquisition of B-wom, in whole or in part, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction, including during the due diligence process, as long as, the party acquiring such information agrees to be bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy.

We may also release your Personal Information to third parties as required by law, when we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with a legal or regulatory requirement, judicial proceeding, court order or legal process served on us, to protect the safety, rights or property of patients, customers, the public or B-wom or defend B-wom and its officers, directors, employees, attorneys, agents, contractors and partners, in connection with any legal action, claim, or dispute.
